Looking through my posts I was able take an Instagram photos of all the bands I saw except
New Found Glory, mainly because I was going pretty hard in the pit & jumping around like an idiot. Definitely my favorite performance at Warped. Just sucked that they played so early, Streetlight Manifesto played right after them, dusted off my dancing shoes for them but at after 3 songs, I started to feel lightheaded & started to breathe pretty heavy. I think it was a combination of moshing, jumping, skanking, the heat with a bunch of other sweaty people and the bright ass sun. After that I stayed to the side & felt better about 5 minutes later.

I didn’t see these either when I was at Warped today.
Just got back to Tucson & took a refreshing shower. The picture doesn’t look too bad but I’m really burnt, I’m pinkish reddish. I wore sunscreen & applied it throughout the day but still managed to get roasted. I bought some aloe on my way home, hope that helps. I don’t know if it was because I haven’t spent a day out in Phoenix during the summer in over a year but it was a lot hotter than I remembered.
Was it worth the drive & getting burnt, yes, as usual Warped was still worth it. Next year I’m going to Warped in California, in the 80 degree summer weather, instead of this 112 degree shit.
Even though Tucson kinda blows, I DO NOT miss the heat from Phoenix at all.
